The Teachers' Day was celebrated with devotion in Rashtrotthana Schools.

Sept. 5: In memory of Former President, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan (1888-1975), the Teachers’ Day was celebrated with devotion in Rashtrotthana Schools. It was special that Dr. Basavaraja Patil Sedam, Former Member of the Legislative Council, was present at the program of Kalaburagi School and explained to the children that a true teacher is one who has integrity in his profession.

ಸ. 5: ಮಾಜಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಡಾ. ಸರ್ವೆಪಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಧಾಕೃಷ್ಣನ್‍ (1888-1975) ಅವರ ಸವಿ ನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ಶಾಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ದಿನಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಭಕ್ತಿ-ಶ್ರದ್ಧೆಗಳಿಂದ ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಧಾನ ಪರಿಷತ್‍ನ ಮಾಜಿ ಸದಸ್ಯರಾದ ಡಾ. ಬಸವರಾಜ ಪಾಟೀಲ್ ಸೇಡಂ ಅವರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದು, ವೃತ್ತಿ ಪ್ರಾಮಾಣಿಕತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದವನೇ ನಿಜವಾದ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕ ಎಂಬೆಲ್ಲ ವಿಚಾರಗಳನ್ನು ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಹೇಳಿದ್ದು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿತ್ತು.
