The Success of NEET lies in Compassionate Medical Service!

Thirthahalli, July 26: While the NEET controversy was unfolding in distant Delhi, the girls of Rashtrotthana’s Sadhana Project, who are preparing for the NEET-2028 examination, were engaged in a four-day personality development camp (July 23–26) in nearby Kuppalli.

The camp encouraged them to reflect on how to make the best use of an opportunity even when the programme is offered free of cost; how to develop a positive attitude towards accepting life as it comes, alongside striving for success in NEET; and how to nurture a sense of belonging and responsibility towards the family, friends, society, nation and the larger spirit of universal brotherhood.

At Kuppalli, the girls had the opportunity to experience these thoughts in the poetic setting associated with Kuvempu, whose writings conveyed the message of Vishwamanava—the universal human being. Their journey also included spiritually enriching visits to Belur, Halebidu, Sringeri, Hariharapura and Rambhapuri.

Overall, the camp provided an opportunity to pause and reflect on how to live not merely as an individual driven by self-interest, but as a compassionate and sensitive human being. Even amid the incessant rain and slippery, muddy paths of Malnad, the girls stood firm and reflected on these deeper questions. And, for one of the girls from Raichur, the experience also brought the delightful wonder of witnessing the monsoon rains of Malnad for the first time.
