A Visit to Slum Service Settlements Can Also Be a “Life Changing Experience”

At Rashtrotthana gatherings, elders often say something like: “Do you want your outlook on life to change? Do you want gratitude to blossom for what you already have? Do you want to be freed from the constant grumbling about what you don’t have? Pay a visit to the service settlements in the slums sometime. The way you look at life itself will change. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಜೂನ್ 22-23: ಅಂತಹದೊಂದು ಅಪೂರ್ವ ಅನುಭವಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ‍್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಅರ್ಕಾವತಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ 250 ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ದೊಡ್ಡಣ‍್ಣನಗರ ಇ-ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‍ಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಕಾಲ ಕೂಡಿ ಬಂದಾಗ ಭಾವತಂತುಗಳು ಕಂಪಿಸಿ, ಪ್ರಭಾವಗಳು ಅನುಭವಕ್ಕೆ ಬರಲಿಕ್ಕೂ ಸಾಕು. ಸತ್ಪ್ರಭಾವದ ಅನುಭೂತಿ ವಾರ್ತೆಯ ಆನಂದಿಸಲು ಕಾತರರಾಗಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
