Tying the saffron rakshā with the mantra “Rakshāṃ Badhnāmi” at the Raksha Bandhan festival at Rashtrotthana’s Keshavashilpa

Bengaluru, August 28: Offering at the feet of the Almighty their resolve to turn the joy of others into supreme bliss and to respond with compassion to those in distress, the gathering tied the saffron rakshā at the Raksha Bandhan festival at Rashtrotthana’s Keshavashilpa, with the mantra “Rakshāṃ Badhnāmi”, and prayed that it would become a Shri Rakshā (a blessed protection). Social activist Shri Rajesh Padmar explained the significance of the rakshā.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 28: ಅನ್ಯರ ಆನಂದವನ್ನು ಪರಮಾನಂದವಾಗಿಸುವ, ವೇದನೆಗೆ ಸಂವೇದನೆಯಾಗುವ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪಗಳನ್ನು ಆ ಮಹಾಮಹಿಮನ ಪದತಲಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿವೇದಿಸಿ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನದ ಕೇಶವಶಿಲ್ಪದಲ್ಲಿ ರಕ್ಷಾಬಂಧನ ಉತ್ಸವದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಗವೆಯ ರಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು “ರಕ್ಷಾಂ ಬಧ್ನಾಮಿ” ಎಂಬ ಮಂತ್ರದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕಟ್ಟುತ್ತಾ, ಅದು ಶ್ರೀರಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಿ ಆಗುವಂತೆ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ರಾಜೇಶ್ ಪದ್ಮಾರ್‌ ರಕ್ಷೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟರು.
