65 Paintings Blossomed from the Self-Motivation of Teachers Who Teach Sanskrit, Mathematics, English, Science, and Social Studies

10 subject teachers of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Vijayanagar, Mysuru, out of their own personal interest, adorned the school’s walls with 65 paintings — and that too, within their summer vacation. Each teacher devoted five full days each to this artistic endeavor of vast scope.

More than the beauty of the paintings themselves, what truly stands out is the spirit of these teachers who took the initiative to welcome children arriving for the new academic year with fresh enthusiasm, in a brand-new way, and to fill the school with everyday, ongoing cheer. This school is truly fortunate to have teachers like these.

ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತ, ಗಣಿತ, ಇಂಗ್ಲಿಷ್, ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ, ಸಮಾಜ ಕಲಿಸುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯರ ಸ್ವಯಂಪ್ರೇರಣೆಯಿಂದ ಅರಳಿದವು 65 ಚಿತ್ರಗಳು

ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ವಿಜಯನಗರದ 10 ವಿಷಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯರು ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವ-ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಗೋಡೆ-ಗೋಡೆಗಳನ್ನು 65 ಚಿತ್ರಗಳಿಂದ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ, ಅದೂ ಬೇಸಿಗೆ ರಜೆಯೊಳಗೆ. ಒಬ್ಬೊಬ್ಬ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯೂ ಐದೈದು ದಿನಗಳನ್ನು ಚಿತ್ರಚಿತ್ತಾರ ವಿಸ್ತಾರದ ಈ ಕೈಂಕರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ವಿನಿಯೋಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಚಿತ್ರಗಳ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿ ಹೊಸ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ, ಹೊಸ ಹುರುಪಿನೊಂದಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು, ಹೊಸ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸ್ವಾಗತಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ನಿತ್ಯನಿರಂತರ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸ ತುಂಬಲು ಉಪಕ್ರಮಿಸಿದ ಇಂತಹ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯರನ್ನು ಪಡೆದ ಶಾಲೆಯಿದು ಧನ್ಯವೋ ಧನ್ಯ.
